We are a team of dedicated educators with over 20 years of experience in the education field. Our journey has taken us through various roles — assistants, teachers, administrators, assessors, and coaches. Through these experiences, we have gained a deep understanding of what teachers need to thrive in their roles. Our mission is to come together and foster strong, supportive relationships with educators like you. Our observers meet the requirements to conduct observations and assessments for the California State Preschool Program (CSPP) classes.
